1. Services and acceptance
These Terms govern access to the websites operated under the Yinwa Network brand: Xiaolu (www.xiaolu.pro), Jioya (www.jioya.net) and Mofamao (mofamao.net). Each site may also publish service-specific rules. By accessing a platform, you agree to follow its applicable terms and laws.
2. Age and lawful access
Adult-oriented materials are intended only for people aged 18 or older, or above the applicable age of majority if higher. Users must not access restricted materials where doing so is unlawful. We prohibit material involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful exploitation, and other illegal content.
3. Accounts and Google Sign-In
Where offered, users may create or access a local WordPress account using Google Sign-In through Nextend Social Login. Google is an independent identity provider, and its own terms apply to the Google Account. Users must safeguard their access credentials and must not impersonate others or circumvent access controls. Accounts and memberships are administered separately by each platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Copyright and submissions
Rights in third-party media belong to their respective rights holders. The presence of material on a site is not a grant of permission to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit it. Individuals submitting material must have the necessary rights and permissions, including permissions from any identifiable persons where required, and must not submit unlawful or infringing content.
We may review, restrict or remove content following reports or as necessary for lawful platform management. For rights concerns, see our Copyright & Content Reports page. A complaint-removal process does not replace any permission or legal basis required to publish material.
5. Prohibited conduct
Users must not post unlawful content; abuse other users; infringe privacy or intellectual property rights; upload malware; bypass site security, access restrictions or paywalls; misuse accounts; or undertake activities that violate applicable law.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of our services, including content, account features or access to a site, subject to applicable law and any site-specific paid-service terms. Third-party destinations and identity services operate under their own conditions.
7. Responsibility and applicable rights
Services are provided subject to availability and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable statutory rights or responsibilities. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every item of third-party material is error-free. Legal claims and requests will be evaluated in light of the applicable laws and facts.
